Every project hitsa wall. We get itmoving again.

A bug nobody can track down. An integration that won’t cooperate. A key developer who moved on. A deadline that’s suddenly closer than the finish line. Code rescue puts an experienced developer on hand, inside your existing codebase, to find what’s wrong, fix it, and get the project moving, without the time and cost of a new hire. It starts with a 10-hour block.

Sound familiar?

  • A bug nobody can track down
  • An integration that won’t cooperate
  • A key developer moved on
  • A deadline closer than the finish line
  • An AI-built app that won’t launch
  • Updates that break things
  • Code nobody wants to touch

A developer on hand

Alongside your team, or out front.

Whichever fits. Either way you get a senior developer who can read someone else’s code and get productive in it fast.

Work alongside your team

We slot into how you already work.

  • Your repository, tools and workflow
  • Pairing with your developers on the hard part
  • Code review in both directions
  • Knowledge stays with your team

Or take the lead

When there’s nobody to hand it to.

  • We own the diagnosis and the fix
  • We coordinate with hosts, vendors and APIs
  • Priorities set with you, progress you can see
  • Handed back stable and documented

How it works

Diagnose. Fix. Explain.

  • Get into the codebaseAccess, a working local setup, and a read of how it’s built and deployed.
  • Find the real causeReproduce the problem and trace it to the root, not just the symptom.
  • Fix it and test itThe fix, tested against what broke, shipped the way your team ships.
  • Explain what we didWritten notes and a walkthrough, so you’re not left depending on us.
  • Stop the repeatTests, monitoring or cleanup where the same thing would break again.
  • Start with 10 hoursEvery rescue starts with a 10-hour block. Keep going hourly, or move onto a monthly plan to reach the finish line.

Built with AI

Great demo. Not ready for real users.

Tools like Lovable, Bolt, Replit and Cursor get an idea on screen fast. Getting it secure, reliable and live is a different job, and we can take it from there.

  • Logins, roles and permissions
  • Data that disappears or leaks
  • API keys in the browser code
  • No tests or version history
  • Hosting, domains and deploys

How the engagement works

From stalled to shipped.

  1. Tell us where it’s stuckWhat’s built, what’s broken, who’s on it now, and the date that matters.
  2. Start your 10-hour blockAccess, a quick read of the code, and a plan for the first fix.
  3. Fix, test, explainProblems solved in order of what’s blocking you, with notes as we go.
  4. Stay or step backKeep us on to the finish line, or hand back to your team with everything documented.

FAQ

Code rescue questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you work in code someone else wrote?

That’s the job. We get oriented quickly, tell you what we find, and agree on the first fix before we go further.

Do we have to hand the project over?

No. We can work alongside your developers in your repository and workflow, or take the lead when there’s nobody else to. You choose.

How is it priced?

Every rescue starts with a 10-hour block: $1,750 at our standard rate of $175 an hour. If the work needs more, it continues at the same rate in 30-minute increments, and we tell you before it does.

What if we need ongoing help?

Keep us on hourly, or move onto a monthly plan with set hours and faster starts.

Will we end up depending on you?

No. We explain what we found and what we changed, in writing, so your team can own it from there.

We built it with an AI tool. Can you help?

Yes. AI tools are good at getting to a working demo. We take it the rest of the way: security, data, testing, hosting and the edge cases the demo never hit.

What do you work with?

WordPress, Webflow, and custom web apps, plus the integrations and hosting around them. If your stack is outside what we know well, we’ll say so up front.
