What counts as a service hour?
Requests, meetings and calls, billed in 30-minute increments. Quick emails are free; an email that needs 30 minutes or more of research counts. Extra hours are $175 an hour.
Do unused hours roll over?
Up to half of your monthly hours carry over to the next month. Any carried-over hours not used that month expire.
How fast do you start?
Standard starts within 2 business days, Pro within 1, and Growth the same or next business day. Bigger requests get an estimate and a schedule up front.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Every plan includes managed hosting and backups. If that’s all you need, Care covers it for $499 a month, with changes billed hourly.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually. We start with a review of the platform, hosting and code so we know what we’re inheriting, then agree on what’s covered.
What happens if we move providers?
You keep your accounts, and we hand over documentation and access so the next team can continue.
