How it works with every tool

Google Sheets stays in sync: paste a share link and Waypoint re-checks the sheet every 15 minutes. For other tools, export your tasks to CSV or Excel and upload the file; re-upload a newer export to the same journey and the client’s link stays the same. Waypoint finds the task, status, milestone, due date and owner columns, maps your status words to four states, and never shows owners or internal notes to clients. Direct sync with monday.com, Jira and other tools is on the way.
