Today you bring GorillaDesk customers into Crewtide by exporting the customer list or a locations report to Excel or CSV and adding each account’s cycle, usual days, window and time on site. Crewtide builds and routes the week, and you update moved jobs in GorillaDesk from the change list. There’s no GorillaDesk sync planned yet.
What GorillaDesk’s route optimizer covers
GorillaDesk’s Route Optimizer (Settings › Addons) works over a date range of up to 31 days, with a jobs-per-day setting and start and end addresses, and can apply the new order to future recurring jobs. Basic routes by proximity rather than roads and about 24–25 stops at a time; Pro and Growth use real street routing. Its help articles don’t mention time windows, and finalized changes can’t be undone.
How to move your customers into Crewtide
- Export customers.Customers tab › Action › Export, or open a report such as Locations without Active Job and export it to Excel or CSV.
- Add the visit rules.Cycle, usual days, window, no-go times, time on site and crew size for each account. Use the free template.
- Import and build the week.Fix what the checks flag, then publish.

GorillaDesk’s route optimization help articles don’t mention time windows. Crewtide plans every visit inside its service window.
How do I export customers from GorillaDesk?

Does Crewtide sync with GorillaDesk?

Can I keep GorillaDesk for invoicing?
