ServiceTitan is the stronger choice for contractors who want one platform for the whole business, especially residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops with call centers, memberships and sales. It doesn’t publish prices; pricing is per technician on request.
Crewtide is the lighter alternative when the problem is the recurring week itself: dozens of commercial customers on cycles, with windows and crews, that need to be placed on routes and kept straight as things change. It costs $49 per technician a month billed annually, and you keep your system of record.

Where ServiceTitan is stronger
- The whole business in one system. Call booking, CRM, estimates, invoicing, payments, memberships, marketing and reporting.
- Customer communication. Booking confirmations, reminders, “technician dispatched” messages with the tech’s photo, arrival notices and surveys.
- AI-assisted dispatch. Dispatch Pro recommends or auto-assigns technicians using skill, drive time and predicted job value.
- Scale. Built for contractors up to national enterprises, with commercial trades like mechanical, refrigeration and fire and life safety.
Where Crewtide fits better
- Recurring visits that land on the schedule. In ServiceTitan, recurring service events “are not automatically booked onto the schedule”; someone books them into jobs. In Crewtide, next week is generated from each customer’s cycle and usual days and placed on routes with route optimization.
- Weekly routing, explained. Find a spot shows what each placement pushes back or bumps, and live checks explain conflicts in plain words.
- Days, not months, to start. No implementation project: import a spreadsheet and build a week in the trial.
- Price you can see. $49 per technician a month billed annually, office users free.

Questions
What are the best ServiceTitan alternatives?
It depends on what you need. For an all-in-one platform for home service, teams often compare Jobber and Housecall Pro. For commercial mechanical and fire work, ServiceTrade. If the job is planning recurring commercial routes each week, Crewtide does that without replacing your system.
How much does ServiceTitan cost?
ServiceTitan doesn’t publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is per technician and shows “Request Pricing” on each plan. Third-party estimates put it around $245–$500 per technician a month, plus implementation.
Does ServiceTitan schedule recurring maintenance automatically?
Memberships and service agreements generate recurring service events up to 12 months ahead by default, but they have to be booked into jobs, one at a time or in bulk.
Is Crewtide a ServiceTitan replacement?
Not for invoicing, call booking or CRM. Crewtide replaces the weekly scheduling and routing work for recurring customers, and you keep your current system for the rest.
