Routific is excellent for local delivery: free up to 100 orders a month, $150 flat for up to 1,000, unlimited drivers, a free driver app and customer tracking. It plans one day at a time and has no recurring visit rules.
Crewtide is built for service teams whose customers repeat on cycles, with windows and crews, and who plan a week at a time. If you’re re-creating the same customers in Routific every day, Crewtide is the better fit.

Pricing compared
Routific charges for orders, not people: “We count each order once, when it’s scheduled to a route.” That makes the comparison depend on your volume. A 10-technician service team doing about 6 visits a day for 22 working days schedules roughly 10 × 6 × 22 = 1,320 orders a month.
| Plan | How it adds up | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Routific | $150 for the first 1,000 orders + 320 × 15¢ | $198 |
| Crewtide Core | 10 technicians × $49 billed annually (or $59 monthly) | $490 ($590) |
Routific is much cheaper per visit. The trade-off is that every recurring visit has to be created again for each day, there’s no crew model, and there’s no week view to balance work across days.
Where Routific is stronger
- Price and simplicity. Free to start, transparent usage pricing and unlimited drivers.
- Delivery workflow. Proof of delivery, live tracking, Shopify orders and a driver familiarity score.
- Clear soft and strict rules. Time windows, shift times and capacity can be strict or allowed to run over, with visible flags.
- Insert without reshuffling. “Insert only” adds last-minute stops without undoing your manual changes.
Where Crewtide fits better
- Recurring customers. Each customer’s cycle and usual days generate the week automatically. In Routific, reusing a day copies the route setup but “orders are never included.”
- Planning the week, not the day. Building the week spreads due visits across days and technicians, and closing a day for weather moves its visits to the rest of the week.
- Crews and time on site. Two- and three-person visits with their own durations are normal in Crewtide.
- What changed and who to tell. Reasons on every change and a To notify list for moved visits.
