Today you bring Jobber clients into Crewtide by exporting them to CSV and adding each customer’s visit cycle, usual days and service window; Crewtide then builds and routes the week, and the change list tells you what to update in Jobber. Two-way Jobber sync is coming with Crewtide Pro.
What Jobber’s route optimization covers
On Connect, Grow and Plus, Jobber can optimize up to seven days for one person, a group or your whole team at once. Its help center is clear about the limit: “Only anytime visits (visits without a scheduled start or end time) can be optimized as part of your route.” Optimizing is admin-only and done on Jobber.com, not in the app, and reassigning visits between people is a separate bulk action.
That works well for residential work that can happen any time of day. It’s harder for commercial customers who must be served in a window (before a restaurant opens, after an office closes), because those visits have set times and stay where you put them.
How to move your Jobber clients into Crewtide
- Export clients.Clients › More Actions › Export Clients › CSV. Only admins can export; Jobber emails the file, with up to 1,500 rows per file.
- Export recurring jobs (optional).Insights › Reports › Recurring jobs report › Export to CSV gives job titles, clients and service addresses. Its documented columns don’t include how often a job repeats, so you’ll add the cycle yourself.
- Add the visit rules.Cycle, usual days, window, no-go times, time on site and crew size for each recurring client. The free template has the columns.
- Import and build the week.Import the file into Crewtide, build next week and fix what the checks flag.

Keeping Jobber up to date after you publish
- The change list shows every visit that moved, with the reason, so you can update the matching visits in Jobber.
- Jobber’s reschedule notices still work: when you move a visit in Jobber, it asks whether to text or email the client.
- Sync is coming. Keeping customers and visits in step with Jobber automatically is part of Crewtide Pro (coming soon).
What you keep using Jobber for
Quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, the client hub, reminders and your team’s Jobber app. Crewtide replaces the part of the week where you place recurring visits on routes and work out what each change bumps. For the head-to-head view, see Crewtide vs Jobber.
